Shipping Information
Order Processing Time
We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to suit your needs:
- Standard Shipping (€12.95):
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Includes tracking
- Free Shipping (for orders over €50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
- Includes basic tracking
Note: We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas. If you’re unsure whether we deliver to your location, please contact us before placing your order.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order for any reason, we offer a simple return and exchange process.
Return Conditions
- You have 15 days from the date of receipt to request a return or exchange
- Products must be returned in their original condition – unused, with all accessories and original packaging
- Returned items must include proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation)
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Games for 0-3 years (items that may have been in contact with children’s mouths)
- Used circus and outdoor items (for safety reasons)
- Opened or partially used arts and crafts products
- Opened puzzles with missing pieces (may be returned but will receive a reduced refund based on condition)
Return/Exchange Process
- Contact our customer service within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with the subject line « Return/Exchange Request – [Your Order Number] ». Include:
- Product name and quantity
- Reason for return/exchange
- Confirmation that items are in original condition
- For exchanges: name of desired replacement product
- Your full name, email, and phone number
- Wait for confirmation – We’ll email you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions
- Package your items carefully in the original packaging with all accessories and documents
- Include a copy of your invoice or order number

Refunds
- Once approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless we made an error or the product was defective
- For PayPal payments: refunds go to your PayPal account
- For credit card payments (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): refunds are credited to the card used for payment
Exchanges
- The same conditions as returns apply
- If the new product costs more, you’ll pay the difference
- If the new product costs less, we’ll refund the difference
- Shipping costs for the new item are your responsibility unless we made an error
Defective Products or Our Errors
If you receive a defective product or if we made a mistake in your order:

- We’ll cover return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund including original shipping costs
- We may request photos of the defective product for our quality records
